My invitation code does not work
A code works once and for seven days. Type it exactly as you received it; spaces do not matter. If it still does not work, ask the person who invited you for a new one, or write to us.
I cannot sign in
A passkey lives on the device where you created it. If you changed or lost that device, sign in with your password and authenticator app if you set them up. Otherwise write to us from the email address on your account, and we will help you back in.
I forgot my password
Your password cannot be reset from this page yet. Sign in with a passkey if you have one, or write to us from the email address on your account and we will help you set a new one.
